If, in the unlikely event that you would like to return an item, we will exchange it for another item if:
- The item to be returned is in perfect condition, in its original packaging
- The item is returned to us in person or by tracked delivery service (eg Royal Mail Next Day Signed For Delivery)
- The ‘Thank You’ form included in our dispatch to you is enclosed in your return (so we know who the return is from)
- The item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase,
(You will need to pay postage for your return and retain your proof of postage.)

Not Received Your Items?
All of our dispatches are tracked. Please let us know (email@example.com) if you have not received your items within five days of purchase and we wil track your items (perhaps delivered to a neighbour or at the courier depot if delivery was not possible?) If we find your items were lost prior to delivery, we would replace the items if we are notified within 14 days of purchase.
We aim to dispatch promptly following receipt of your order. Please telephone 01480 300 585 or email welcome@thecuriositygallery immediately if you wish to cancel your order before it is disptached. Once dispatched our returns policy would apply.
Damaged In Transit
We take great care to avoid selling damaged or faulty items, but occasionally items may be damaged in transit. We will replace an item that is damaged upon arrival from us, if we are notified within 24 hours of receipt. Please return the item to us

We reserve the right not to exchange or refund if your items were not purchased from The Curiosity Gallery, if the item has been used, damaged or is not in original packaging. We are very friendly people and we will do our best to help you. We do ask you to help us by telling us straight away if there is a problem. Thank you!
